A) Main Grinding unit

This part of system contains Grinding chamber, classifier, pin disc, teeth ring and feeder. The powder flake charge in to the grinding chamber through a single screw stainless steel feeder. A rotation pin disc impact material to the teeth ring and breaks them to smaller particle size. The right sized powder leave the chamber through a stainless steel classifier to the stainless steel ducts connected to cyclone separator. ►

B) Cyclone Separator

In this section , an stainless steel high efficiency cyclone collect fine powder coming from main chamber . powder below of 10 microns the bag filter and above 10 microns go into a centrifuge sieve via a rotary valve for final classifying process.

C) Centrifuge Rotary Sieve

This part of the system is the last step for final classifying of powder coating. The powder below of 100 Micron will pass through a screen mesh and over size powder return to the main grinder chamber for re grinding. ►

Air Jet Pulse Bag Filter

To protect the work shop environment, an air jet pulse dust collector, collect all dust and powder with particle size below 10 microns coming from cyclone. an air pressure flow shakes the filters every 20 second to remove the powder for filter surface. fine powder can be easily discharge through a butterfly valve located in button of the system.

This part of system, produce vacuum suction for whole system. Negative air flow play two roles in the system. First is cooling of products during grinding and second is carrying of the powders from main grinder unit to other parts of the system through stainless steel ducts. It is made by mile steel and pained in red.
