CBF-JINTECH Series Cooling Band:

CBF-JINTECH cooling bands are designed and produced for cooling and crushing of the materials after extruding process in powder coating production industry. the extruded material are in high viscosity paste form which should be cooled and crushed in to the flakes with average dimension of 1-2 CM2 and thickness of 1-2 mm. after first cooling step in two chill rolls which are cooling by chilled water , cooling process will be continued in pressure air tunnel along a caterpillar stainless steel belt. At the end of band, crusher system breaks the material into the 1-2 Cm flakes suitable for find grinding as the next step in powder coating production process.

Caterpillar belt covered by plexy glass sheet to prevent contamination of material with dust and other pollution.
