The difference between an applied powder coating sample produced in laboratory and same powder obtained from production line is a big problem for most of powder coating manufacture if they use coffee grinder for grinding of powder in laboratory.

The particle size and particle shapes are different when a coffee grinder is used for grinding in compare with powder grinded in ACM grinding systems. Now with using of our laboratory ACM type Grinding system manufacturer can be sure for similar particle size and particle shape in both production and laboratory samples.
