This pre mixer is designed for use in powder coating laboratory. It is suitable for small batch production. The tank can be separated from main mixing part of the machine. Generally this type pre mixer supply with 1 or more additional tank for time cost reduction of pre mixing process.

►Operation |
|
Material charge in to the stainless steel tank in weighing area , then put below of the mixing head . tank will be connected to mixing head by manual clamping connection. Then by a fully controlled PLC processing mixing head turn up and mixing will be affected for pre adjusted time. After mixing process, mixing head return back and tank will be disconnected from mixing head to move for discharge. Second tank can be connected to the main mixer immediately for operation. |

►Cleaning |
The tank is made by stainless steel so, it can be clean by pressured air, vacuum cleaner or washing by water. Cleaning of mixing head is by vacuum cleaner or brush.
