This type is most popular pre mixer in powder coating industry. It is suitable for high capacity production line which work shop is designed in two level . the tank can be separated from main mixing part of the machine and move over the extruder feeding hopper by a trolley. Generally this type pre mixer supply with 2 or more additional tank for time cost reduction of pre mixing process.

►Operation |
|
Material charges in to the stainless steel tank in weighing area, then moves below of the mixing head by trolley. Tank will be connected to mixing head by auto clamping connection. Then mixing head turn up and mixing will be affected in two different speeds for adjusted time. After mixing process, mixing head return back and tank will be disconnected from mixing head to move for discharge. Second tank can be connected to the main mixer immediately for operation. |

►Cleaning |
|
The tank is made by stainless steel so, it can be clean by pressured air, vacuum cleaner or washing by water. Cleaning of mixing head is by vacuum cleaner or brush. |
